Career Placement

Bankers Advisory provides employment services to the banking and mortgage banking industry. We specialize in mortgage banking opportunities located throughout New England. Applicants are pre-screened and interviewed in confidence. Qualified candidates are referred for job placement with a financial services institution.

Qualified candidates are given a Skills Assessment test or, for experienced personnel, a Competency examination.

Training Seminars

Bankers Advisory's training programs are provided on-site internationally or at the firm's Boston area location. Classroom materials include a full set of realistic case studies, self-guided forms and comprehensive training manuals.
